I have a client whose owner "appears" to have been using Method A. They recently converted a floor from single to multiple tenant and again "appears" to be using Method B for the core factor, is this acceptable?

Please call to further discuss.

Hi David,

You cannot mix Method A and Method B in a single Global Summary of Areas spreadsheet.

Thanks,
David
