Hi
If I have a shared conference room between only two tenants on a multi-tenant floor, what do I classify the conference room as? The rest of the tenants on this floor don't have access to the conference room.

Hi Slevin,

The BOMA 2017 Office Standard allows you to designate the conference room as Inter-Building Amenity Area which means it can be proportionately allocated to only those tenants that use it.

Thanks,
David
