Single tenant washrooms measurement - BOMA 2017

Washrooms present on a floor with a single tenant would be considered a building service area or inter-building service area? What would be an appropriate treatment for it?

Hi Vikas,

If the washrooms on the single tenant floor are Permanent in nature, the most appropriate allocation would be Floor Service Area. If the washrooms are not Permanent in nature, then the washrooms should be part of the Tenant Area.

Thanks,
David
