Can we include the portion of the loading dock that is either the platform or covered by a roof?

Hi Jeanette,

If the loading dock is a Service Area for the building then the area covered by the roof may be included as it would be considered a "Partial Enclosure". However, if the loading dock is a Tenant Area then it would be excluded.
