Mezzanine Measurement

Hi. I am measuring a stand alone industrial building which consists of a 76'x 120' warehouse with one corner developed as reception area on the ground level with finished office mezzanine above. I understand that any "Permanent" mezzanine is included in the Gross Leasable Area, and that with Method A of BOMA I would use outside of the exterior walls for the Gross Building Area, but my question is: Would I measure the mezzanine to the outside of the demising wall enclosing it within the warehouse, the center of the demising wall, or the interior side of the wall within the mezzanine (Paint-to-Paint)?

Hi Christian,

Illustration 3 (bottom left) in the standard shows the mezzanine area measured to the center of the demising wall.

Thanks,
David
