Balcony and terrace that belongs 1 single tenant , in which space category have to put?
Tenant ancilary areas?.
Another question here. When we’ll calculate load factor per for or per building, this factor depends on this terrace area? ...or terrace area not participate in load factor calculation, and not influence allocated areas per building and flor at this tenant
Thank you in advance!

Hi Gabriel,

A balcony and/or terrace is part of the Tenant Area when it is used by a single tenant. It must be separately disclosed.

As Tenant Area, the balcony/terrace is part of the floor load factor and building load factor.

Thanks,
David
