2010 vs. 1996

What are the advantages of using the 2010 standard over the 1996 standard? We have already used the 1996 standard for some buildings, why would we choose to change to the 2010 standard?
Thanks.

Melissa,

BOMA 2010 is a complete overhaul of BOMA Office Standards. The differences are many. I suggest you pick up a copy at the BOMA Store online at www.boma.org.

I will also email you my executive summary that discusses the differences. I haven't put it online yet.
