Executive Offices - Suite Load Factor

Are there standards for calculating the load factor of a suite within an office building that has been converted into “co-working” space where individual offices within a suite are being leased to multiple tenants that share the common area amenities within the suite?

Hi Nita,

All you need to do is determine the Occupant Area of each co-working space / individual office, make sure they add up to the Occupant Area of the entire suite, and then apply the same Load Factor that is applied to the entire suite to each space. I hope this helps.

Thanks,
David
