Gross Area Building - Occupant space

Hi,

Can a landlord could use the Gross Area Building method to calculate the Occupant Area of a tenant in a multi-tenants office building?

No, not if you want to be compliant with the BOMA Standard.

The gross area measurement may only be used for leasing in a single tenant building.
