Are the following included in usable square feet totals?

-restrooms
-main corridors
-corridors
-storage areas
-loading docks

These areas are not usually calculated as part of Usable Area unless they are contained within tenant space.

Such areas are however likely to be included as common area (Floor Service, Floor Amenity, Building Service or Building Amenity) and therefore usually factor into the Rentable Area of a tenant.
