How'll made parking area poly-lines in interior basement parkings? Which are the rules depending on the type of neighboring surfaces? Which area is taking the wall between?
parking area - storage
parking area - vertical penetrations
parking area - building instalations area
parking area - circulation
etc

In standard is not very clear this

Thank you!

Hi Gabriel,

The standard provides a wall priority diagram on page 9, which explains this. Looking from the left, you can see that "Building Service Areas, Parking (excluded)" is to the "FS" or Far Side of Floor Service Areas, Base Building Circulation, Occupant Areas, Amenity Areas and Occupant Storage. Therefore, Parking takes the walls of these neighboring areas. On the other hand, Parking Areas are to the "NS" or Near Side of Major Vertical Penetrations.

Thanks,
David
