Hello! Is there any special program for BOMA Standard Specialist Certification? Actually, I want to ask who can act as a legal specialist in BOMA Standards measurement in order to be able to evaluate office centers.

I'm not sure if we followed up with you on this question - sorry if not. There is no current official BOMA certification. There was a program in place some years back, but it never really got off the ground.
For legal purposes you are best to work with an architect skilled in BOMA area analysis, or a company like ourselves who specialize in building measurement and area analysis.
