If for the same 200 square meters of FLOOR SERVICE&AMENITY AREA were divided like 75, 75, 25, 25 among 4 tenants, but last office is not occupied 25 square meters of that area still be vacant? Because it is possible that other tenants use this area but don`t pay for it.
Hello! In case FLOOR SERVICE&AMENITY AREA is, for example, 200 square meters and should be divided equally among 4 tenants (200/4 =50) but one office is empty. How would that impact on BASIC RENTABLE AREA? Will it be 200/3 = 66.6 square meters for each tenant or it will remain unchanged with 50 square meters for each tenant?
