In the Gross Area of a Building Standard (ANSI/BOMA Z65.3-2009), are there recommended definitions for the following terms as they do not appear in the definition section.

There are no definitions, but I can explain what each is - these are not official definitions:
Total Level Area: This is the total area of each floor for both CGA and EGA before deductions are made.
Colonnade: Also known as a promenade or covered gallery, it is a roofed area extending along the wall of a building which is supported by arches, columns, or other structural components
Parking On-Grade: Single level surface parking with no structural component.
Unexcavated Space: An area of a building or anywhere within its property line that has not been improved in any way to provide any particular function.
