CGA - Colonade along landscaping included?

For Construction Gross Area, is the overhang/drip line area between exterior columns area included at landscaped areas or only where paving occurs?

Construction Gross Area includes any area with a structural floor and any area covered by a roof or canopy that is within the Building Perimeter. A picture would help, but I believe the area should be included in the Construction Gross Area.
