1) Are indented front door entries included within the measure line to determine rentable area?

2) In a two story building with a seperate tenant on each floor, is the rentable area of each floor still determined by the outside building dimensions?

1) The Standard does not address setback doors specifically. With Method A, the measure line should follow the exterior wall on each floor and the setback should not be included in the rentable area. With Method B, the measure line should follow the drip-line (perimeter of roof system). If the door setback is covered by the building architecture itself (and not a superficial canopy or like system), then the setback will be included within the measure line.

2) Yes, as prescribed by Method A, Exterior Wall Methodology or Method B, Drip Line Methodology.
