Is common area in multi-tenant residential buildings treated in a similar manner as common area in a multi-tenant office building?

Hi Michel,

No it is not the same. In the BOMA Residential Standard, common area is not proportionately allocated to occupants whereas in the BOMA Office Standard it is.
