BOMA line at column in tenant space

I am trying to determine the BOMA line for a tenant space. The wall that is shared by the common corridor is angled but turns back at 90 degrees at a column and then goes straight up. I understand that the line would typically go through the column but in this case the angled line would then extend outside the space before connects to the straight wall. Does the line go around the column inside the tenant space or go to the center of the column before turning back?

Hi Jennifer,

If you could please send me a screenshot or copy of the plan to mail@xmeasures.com, I will have a look.

Thanks,
