Parking Floor Elevator Lobbies

Are fully-enclosed elevator lobbies on the parking-only floors of an office building differentiated in any way from the fully-enclosed elevator lobbies on the office floors of the building? Are they classified as building common area, or excluded from the Standard as parking area?

Hi Ryan

The elevator lobbies on the parking levels would be classified as Building Common Area.

Thanks,
