Clarification regarding GLA measurement for a new retail building

We've been having a discussion with regards to the correct way to measure the Gross Leasable Square Footage of a new two tenant commercial retail building using current BOMA standards (in Florida).

Can you confirm if the following is accurate per BOMA standards?
- The Gross area of multi-tenant floor shall be computed by measuring to the Exterior Finish of permanent outer building walls. Does this include the exterior face of pilaster finishes as well?

- Or should the exterior measurement be taken to the outside face of structure?

Thank you in advance for any information/clarification you can provide.

The exterior measurement should be taken to the outside face of the structural. All decorative projections should be ignored.
