Measuring rentable areas

I am calculating the rentable s.f. for a building with an all glass curtain wall facade. When calculating the rentable space for each floor in Revit do I need to create an area boundary around the mullions of the curtain wall or is it acceptable to just make a boundary around the interior face of the dominant wall (being the inside face of the curtain wall). Thanks

Hi Brandon,

No it is not necessary to go around the mullions.

Thanks,
