We have a building with Occupant Areas in the basement. There are stairwells, elevators and corridors existing that access each of these area.
Should the "main" corridor be Building Service Area or Base Building Circulation?

Hi Bret,

It is hard to say for certain without seeing your plans, but Under BOMA 2010 Method B, the corridors are normally Base Building Circulation. Mechanical rooms, utility rooms and lobby areas are normally be Building Service Area.
