I have the mixed use standard and saw the table in the appendix that lists a few uses and the applicable standard. My question is:
Is there a more comprehensive list available somewhere?

I am not aware of a more comprehensive list. This appendix is only a suggestion of the appropriate standard for a given building type. If your building type is not on the list, you will have to decide on the most appropriate standard to apply.
