Unenclosed Tenant Areas
A term used in the latest BOMA Office Standards that refers to Unenclosed Areas that are exclusively used by a single Occupant. Unenclosed Tenant Areas are a type of Non-Allocated Tenant Area that occurs within the Unenclosed Areas Boundary Condition.
