Unenclosed Occupant Service Areas
A term used in the latest BOMA Office Standards to describe the Exterior Areas that qualify to be included in the Boundary Area and which provide an unenclosed Service-type benefit to a single Occupant, a group of Occupants, or all of the Building's Occupants, but is not required for the Building to function.
