Service Area
Service Area is a broad category encompassing both Building Service (serving everyone) and Floor Service (serving one floor). These areas—such as mechanical rooms, shared restrooms, and egress corridors—are the non-occupiable spaces that make up the "common area" portion of a building's load factor.
