Restroom
A Restroom's classification depends on its use. A restroom inside a tenant's suite is Usable Area. A shared restroom off a hallway is Floor Service Area (shared by that floor). In some BOMA standards, restrooms on a "service level" may even be classified as Building Service Area (shared by all).
