Public Pedestrian Thoroughfare
A term used in the BOMA Standards to describe an Exterior Area within the Property Line where significant public pedestrian traffic normally occurs, generally providing access to the Enclosed Floor and/or Unenclosed Floor, but could also be a public right-of-way between adjacent Buildings.
