Penthouse
A Penthouse is an enclosed structure on the roof of a building. If used for mechanical equipment, it is classified as Building Service Area. However, if it contains occupiable space (like a "luxury penthouse" or rooftop lounge), BOMA standards include it in the building's total Rentable Area.
