Mixed-Use Load Factor
An optional calculation in the Global Summary of Mixed-Use Areas that determines a ratio expressed as a decimal number or percentage indicating the Proportionate Share of Mixed-Use Common Areas associated with each Mixed-Use Component. Used in the BOMA Mixed-Use Standard.
