Mixed-Use Boundary Area
Described in the BOMA MIxed-Use Standard, it is the peripheral boundary of the aggregated outer perimeters of all Space Classifications in Gross Area 1 (Leasing Method) of the BOMA Gross Areas Standard- Standard Methods of Measurement (ANSI/BOMA Z63.1) which represents the total of all Mixed-Use Areas that may be included in the Mixed-Use Global Summary of Areas spreadsheet.
