Lobby
A Lobby is a large entrance area or transition space. BOMA classifies a Main Lobby as a Building Service Area (shared by all). However, an elevator lobby can be a Floor Service Area (shared by the floor) or even part of a tenant's Usable Area if it is located within a single-tenant floor.
