Limited Occupant Area
In older BOMA Standards, Limited Occupant Area refers to spaces that provide services or amenities to two or more tenants, but not all of the tenants on a given floor or in a building. This concept was renamed Inter-Building Area in the 2017 office standard, and Inter-Allocated Area from 2025 onward.
