Lease Line
A Lease Line is the physical or virtual boundary that separates a tenant's exclusive space from common areas or adjacent tenants. In BOMA drawings, the lease line is precisely placed (e.g., at the centerline of a shared wall or the inside face of a corridor wall) to determine the exact boundary of the tenant's usable square footage.
