Established Lease Line

A Measure Line used in the BOMA Retail Standard that occurs beyond the Occupant Enclosure or Leased Kiosk (but within the Boundary Area), which is used to determine the Gross Leasable Area of an Occupant. The location of an Established Lease Line is determined by the Landlord and must be agreed to by all parties involved in a Lease.
