Base Building
Base Building refers to the primary structural and mechanical systems of a property. This typically includes the building envelope, core structural elements, primary mechanical and electrical systems, and shared common areas like lobbies and restrooms, serving as the starting (base) point, prior to tenant improvements and move-in.
