Area Analysis
An Area Analysis is a professional review and calculation of a building's floor area, typically presented as a tabular chart with corresponding floor plans. Utilizing methodologies such as BOMA, IPMS or REBNY, it provides a quantitative determination of area boundaries and space classifications to establish accurate rentable and usable square footage for leasing and asset management.
