Hi Joe,
Structured Parking is included in the Boundary Area of the project as part of the "Rentable Exclusions 2" Space Classifications category. Rentable Exclusions 2 consist of Major Vertical Penetrations and Parking Area, which are both excluded from the Multi-Occupant Rentable Area of an industrial building but included in the Single Occupant Rentable Area.
To summarize, a Structured Parking Area is included in the Single Occupant Rentable Area and excluded from the Multi-Occupant Rentable Area.
