On the ground level floor, where deliveries are made and some parking, does the hall leading from the loading dock into the building elevators and other rooms in the core count as loading dock area or building common area?
Thank You,
David

Hi David,

If the area is Fully Enclosed or Partially Enclosed then yes the hall would be included as Building Service Area.

Thanks,
David
