Hi,

I would like to know if the alcove space is included to usable area in Boma retail 2010 and Boma office 1996?

Hi Delara,

I'm assuming you are referring to an unenclosed alcove. In BOMA 2010 Retail, an unenclosed alcove is excluded from GLA. In BOMA 1996, most unenclosed alcoves are Exterior Door Setbacks, which are included.

It's hard to say definitively without seeing the floor plan though.
