I have an uncovered patio on a ground level that is available to all building occupants. Since the space is not covered I understand it is still calculated as part of the gross area and just considered a rentable exclusion. Is this the correct interpretation?

Hi Amber,

No this is not correct. On the ground level, only a Covered Gallery would be included. An Uncovered outdoor patio on ground level is not measured at all under BOMA 2017 Office.
