If one had a 60,000 SF building, 1 storey high, cut up for 3 tenants, no common areas at all, as if each tenant leased 100% of his area, which method of calculation should I use? Multi-tenant office (2017)? Gross Area (2018)? Kindly please specify which manual I should use.

Hi Joseph,

The BOMA Gross Area Standard may only be used for leasing in a single occupant building using Gross Area 1, Leasing Method. You should use the BOMA 2017 Office Standard.

Thanks,
David
