Tenant Glass Doors

We are measuring an office previously measured using BOMA Office 2010, Method A. A single tenant space has been divided into three suites. Two tenants have removed portions of the wall adjacent to the corridor and replaced it will a glass wall and entry. Should the boundary between the occupant area and floor service area be updated to measure to the glass wall (a 3 inch deviation from previous) or should we keep the original line?

Hi Christopher,

If any physical changes in the building have an impact to the areas, then I would recommend updating the BOMA analysis accordingly.

Thanks,
David
