Hello.I am evaluating a building for sale. I understand that the BOMA standard is primarily designed to generate leasing figures based on Rentable Area, so Do you recommend to use the BOMA Standard to generate salable areas of a building? Which standard do you recommend for generate salable area?
The latest BOMA 2018 Gross Areas standard would be appropriate for this purpose.
