hello
I have an underground parking with 3 floors in the basement of building. Access to underground parking from each parking floors may be considered as the circulation rentable area?
it's about the circular access ramp that surrounds an elevator area and stairs which cars leave the underground car parking
Please let me know
Thank you

Hi Gabriel,
You have posted to our general questions area so I'm not exactly sure how to answer your question. Which measuring standard are you using? If it's a BOMA standard, please let me know or re-post your question to the appropriate thread.
If this is for an Office Building measured to BOMA Office Standards, the parking area used for vehicular traffic and parking of vehicles would not be included in the rentable area of the building, but elevator lobbies and circulation areas would be included in rentable area (in most cases).
Thanks,
David
