are single accommodation toilet rooms counted in the building square footage? for the rentable sq.ft?

Hi Kevin,

All areas within the Building Enclosure or the Drip Line are included in the building square footage. All toilet rooms would be included in the rentable area as either a Service Area (common area) or Occupant Area.
