HOW CAN I CALCULATE BALCONY @ OFFICE BUILDING FOR ONE TENANT?

Balconies are only measured for the CGA (Construction Gross Area) which is not used for leasing purposes. There is no methodology to measure a balcony separately for a tenant and the Gross Areas Standard Exterior Gross Area may only be used for leasing in a single tenant building.
