Is the parking ramps into the underground garage classified as Building Shared Common Area?
I need a response as soon as possible.
Thanks,

Hi Teresa,

No, the parking ramps are not part of the Building Common Area and not part of the rentable area of the building at all. They would only be calculated as part of the Gross Building Area.
