The Vault will be tenant space and the outside will be landlord space? Would you include the whole wall in the tenant space or the line to the center ( half being between tenant and landlord)

The answer depends on the exact circumstances, including what kind of spaces are adjacent to the tenant area. If you could provide a drawing to us that would be helpful.
