I use the Office Standard for medical office buildings.
Which Standard should I use for a large general hospital? I assume it's considered 1 tenant so possibly Gross Areas only?

Hi Tawny,

The Gross Areas Standard is a good way to understand the overall size of the building, but will not help to breakout individual spaces. We have used the office standard for hospitals before, in lieu of a better alternative, but obviously, this is an adaptation. The office standard is not designed for institutional medical facilities.
